Job Description

Make an impact supporting students communication and learning by bringing your Speech-Language Pathology expertise to a vibrant educational setting near Eastern Houston, TX. In this full-time, direct hire opportunity, you'll provide dedicated services in an onsite role with a uniquely flexible scheduleincluding the option to work from home two days per month. Choose to work with either elementary or secondary caseloads based on your professional strengths and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that support educational goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to foster students progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license issued by the state of Texas.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome; those with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) encouraged.
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dedication to supporting childrens academic and social success.
