Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desired
• Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support students' communication goals
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education opportunities within the field
