Job Description

Step into a school-based role supporting elementary-aged children as an onsite Speech Language Pathologist. With a manageable caseload of about 45 students, youll focus on delivering individualized and group therapy, contributing to student growth and success across their educational journey.

Key Experience & Qualifications:

  • Hold an active South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License
  • ASHA Certification required (we also welcome Clinical FellowsCFY)
  • Background or internship experience in a school setting, pediatrics, or elementary populations is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with students, teachers, and families
  • Organizational skills for maintaining records, reporting progress, and managing caseload effectively

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to support each child's communication development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Stay engaged with ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities
