Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP license (or eligibility for Maryland)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or CFY candidates considered
- Previous school-based experience welcomed, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in student progress reviews and professional development activities
