Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship status
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Flexibility and creativity adapting to new environments and student needs

What Youll Do:

  • Provide direct therapy and support for students with varying speech and language needs across multiple grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary
  • Conduct assessments and participate in the IEP process, including meetings and progress reporting
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to generalize therapy strategies within the classroom and home
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
