Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged children (K-5) in a school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment

What youll do:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational staff and families
• Provide targeted speech and language therapy to individuals and small groups
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes
• Participate in IEP meetings and student planning sessions
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support student communication
