Job Description

Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the remainder of the school year. This in-person contract opportunity offers you the chance to work closely with students in grades K-5, helping them overcome speech, language, and communication challenges in a supportive educational setting. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children, especially grades K-5, preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents
  • Passion for empowering young learners and contributing to their growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct therapy to students
  • Collaborate with educational staff to integrate strategies that support student success
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Participate in meetings with parents and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication of student needs and achievement
  • Foster a positive, inclusive therapy environment that encourages confidence and growth among students
