Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFs will be considered
• Previous experience with pediatric populations, preferably in an educational setting
• Solid understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Effective communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members for comprehensive care
• Provide therapy in individual and group settings to address articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills
• Monitor, document, and report students progress toward goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to case management as required
• Offer support and training to staff on communication strategies
