Desired qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of language, articulation, voice, and fluency disorders
- Familiarity with IEP processes and educational documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, administration, and families to support student progress
- Contribute to IEP meetings, progress reporting, and professional development activities
- Utilize evidence-based practices and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Engage with a diverse student population in both individual and group settings
