Desired qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of language, articulation, voice, and fluency disorders
• Familiarity with IEP processes and educational documentation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, administration, and families to support student progress
• Contribute to IEP meetings, progress reporting, and professional development activities
• Utilize evidence-based practices and maintain accurate, timely documentation
