Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Florida
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
- Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance documentation
- Organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Design and implement evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and provide input on student needs
- Deliver both individual and group therapy in accordance with educational goals
