Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Florida
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
• Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance documentation
• Organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Design and implement evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams and provide input on student needs
• Deliver both individual and group therapy in accordance with educational goals
