Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in FL
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
- Prior experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt therapy plans and document student progress effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations
- Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers to integrate communication goals
