Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Florida SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide full-range speech-language therapy services to students
• Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the educational team
• Track and document student progress toward therapy goals
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and other support staff
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to determine appropriate interventions
• Deliver evidence-based therapy, both individually and in small-group settings
