An opportunity is available for six skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting in Land O Lakes, FL. This contract position offers a full-time schedule with 37.5 hours per week over five days, providing a consistent Monday through Friday routine throughout the school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathology (FLS LP) license is required
- Experience working with K-12 student populations is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and provide input for students educational plans
