Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students growth and communication skills in an engaging educational environment near Lancaster, TX. Four full-time positions are open for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) who are passionate about making a difference in both elementary and high school settings. This is an onsite contract role, spanning from August 2026 through May 2027, offering the chance to provide impactful therapy and collaborate with a dedicated team.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Current and active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state (SLP-CCC required; CFY not accepted)
- Experience providing speech therapy services within a school setting, with familiarity addressing diverse needs across age groups
- Strong assessment, documentation, and intervention planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and adapt to various educational needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students, providing both group and individual services
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student on your caseload
- Engage in regular communication with educators, administrators, and caregivers to track progress and ensure student support
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation as required by school policy and state standards
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and school-wide initiatives to foster student success
