Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP or CFY under supervision)
- Experience in pediatric or school settings preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other clinicians
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary and secondary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs and IEP goals
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individual and group
- Consult regularly with educators, parents, and other related service providers
- Document ongoing progress and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Support classroom integration and provide resources for staff when appropriate
