Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in Pennsylvania
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but will consider candidates with a Clinical Fellowship (CF)
  • Previous experience with pediatric populations, especially within school settings, is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students aged PreK through high school
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address a variety of communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support academic and social success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes for each student on your caseload
  • Provide guidance and resources to staff and parents regarding speech and language development
