Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license (PA SLP)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC); Clinical Fellows (CFY) will also be considered
  • Experience supporting pediatric and school-aged populations, including students with diverse disabilities
  • Proficiency in teletherapy, on-site school services, and healthcare-related SLP roles
  • Comfortable working across elementary and secondary school settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in K-8th grades at two nearby school sites
  • Develop, implement, and adjust Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to foster student success
  • Participate in assessment, eligibility, and progress monitoring processes
  • Use evidence-based practices in direct and remote therapy sessions
  • Maintain thorough, confidential records and documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
