Job Description
A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support students from Kindergarten through 6th grade in a school setting located in Lititz, PA. This role involves providing direct speech and language services to children, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote communication development and support academic achievement.
Qualified candidates must hold a valid Pennsylvania SLP license and a Pennsylvania Educational Certificate. Experience with pediatric populations, teletherapy, and a commitment to working with school-aged children is essential. Candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) who meet licensure and certification requirements are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services in person or via teletherapy as appropriate.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist license.
