This contract role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities for in-person SLPs near Lancaster, OH, and welcomes applications from Clinical Fellows (CF).
What you'll need:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state license (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
- Clinical Fellow candidates encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with school-aged populations is beneficial, but new graduates are welcome
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy to students according to their IEPs
- Conducting assessments, screenings, and evaluations for students referred for speech-language services
- Developing individualized goals and strategies tailored to student needs
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning and communication
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation required by school guidelines
- Participating in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
