Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Clinical expertise working with pediatric populations, including PreK, kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school age groups
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs
• Proficiency in a variety of assessment tools and evidence-based interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments to determine students speech and language needs
• Designing and implementing therapy plans tailored to each student
• Supporting students in early childhood, grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Providing direct therapy and consultative services in both individual and group formats
• Developing IEP goals and documenting progress in compliance with school standards
• Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to foster academic and functional communication
• Participating in team meetings and parent conferences as needed
