Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license or eligibility in Washington State
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
• Comfortable managing caseloads from Pre-K through Grade 12
• Knowledge of evaluation tools and therapeutic interventions for diverse age groups
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Flexibility to collaborate across early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic assessments for students with speech and language needs
• Design and carry out evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals and small groups
• Develop, write, and update IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and staff about strategies and student growth
• Support inclusive classroom practices to maximize student participation
• Stay current on best practices in pediatric and school-based SLP services
