This contract opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist who enjoys working across multiple age groups, from Pre-K and Kindergarten through high school. Desired Skills and Background:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Washington State (or eligibility)
• Experience with early childhood through secondary school populations
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborative approach to working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IEP development and meeting participation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students in Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements
• Develop relationships with school staff and families to facilitate student success
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and monitor ongoing progress
• Adapt techniques and materials to match the developmental levels of students
