Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This contract role offers you the chance to provide specialized services to a diverse K-12 caseload in a supportive school environment. What Were Looking For:
- Current Minnesota SLP license and credentials
- Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Proficiency in managing a school-based SLP caseload
- Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students across K-12 grades, addressing a variety of communication needs
- Conduct assessments, contribute to eligibility and progress reports, and help shape student IEPs
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to foster an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
- Maintain organized records, deliver therapy sessions (individual and group), and monitor student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise as an integral member of the schools support team
