What Were Looking For:

• Current Minnesota SLP license and credentials
• Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Proficiency in managing a school-based SLP caseload
• Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students across K-12 grades, addressing a variety of communication needs
• Conduct assessments, contribute to eligibility and progress reports, and help shape student IEPs
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to foster an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
• Maintain organized records, deliver therapy sessions (individual and group), and monitor student progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise as an integral member of the schools support team
