Job Description

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota SLP licensure and relevant experience in educational settings
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and IEP process
- Proficiency with assessment, intervention, and documentation for a K-12 population
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport with students, families, and school staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy sessions to K-12 students
- Assess, develop, and implement IEP goals tailored to each students needs
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings, providing expert input on student progress
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
