What Youll Bring:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to strong Clinical Fellows
- Previous experience or practicum in K-12 educational environments is highly desirable
- Proficient in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong collaborative skills with a team-oriented approach
- Organizational talents and tech-savvy mindset to manage caseloads and documentation
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students across various age groups
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing input for student support strategies
- Maintain detailed records to document progress and meet all state and district compliance standards
- Offer strategies and workshops to support educators and families in addressing communication challenges in and out of the classroom
