What Youll Bring:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to strong Clinical Fellows
  • Previous experience or practicum in K-12 educational environments is highly desirable
  • Proficient in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong collaborative skills with a team-oriented approach
  • Organizational talents and tech-savvy mindset to manage caseloads and documentation

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students across various age groups
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing input for student support strategies
  • Maintain detailed records to document progress and meet all state and district compliance standards
  • Offer strategies and workshops to support educators and families in addressing communication challenges in and out of the classroom
