Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CF candidates are also encouraged to apply
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, families, and educational staff
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and ongoing communication in accordance with school district protocols
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary process
  • Offer direct therapy in both individual and group settings, adjusting approaches based on student development and progress
