Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP or actively completing CFY)
  • Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to school start)
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
  • School-based or pediatric experience highly preferred
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop personalized therapy plans and interventions targeting student needs
  • Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Provide guidance and resources for educators and families to foster communication skills
