Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY in progress
• State licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as an SLP
• Prior experience working with children or in school settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to develop individualized plans to meet students unique needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
• Conduct evaluations, interpret assessment results, and write comprehensive reports
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and session notes
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and administrators, delivering progress updates and recommendations
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment by advocating for students social and academic success
