Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY in progress
- State licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as an SLP
- Prior experience working with children or in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Ability to develop individualized plans to meet students unique needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct evaluations, interpret assessment results, and write comprehensive reports
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and session notes
- Communicate with parents, teachers, and administrators, delivering progress updates and recommendations
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment by advocating for students social and academic success
