Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Disorders
- Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred, including assessment and treatment planning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Organizational skills to manage caseloads, document progress, and meet deadlines
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
- Provide direct therapy to students, both individually and in small groups, focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Serve as a resource and support for teachers and staff regarding students communication abilities
- Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and document student outcomes in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required
