Job Description

Embark on an enriching opportunity supporting students communication growth in a dynamic K-8 educational setting near Lake Worth, FL. This onsite, contract role is ideal for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Clinical Fellows (CFY), or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) seeking a flexible part-time schedule of two to three days per week (16 hours total). Work directly with a manageable caseload of 40 students, collaborating with educators and families to enhance language and speech outcomes.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Florida licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • Experience in a school-based or pediatric environment is preferred
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) seeking mentorship
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
