Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Wisconsin
- DPI certification
- Previous professional experience in school settings, particularly with pediatric populations
- Experience or familiarity with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or teletherapy practices considered a plus
- Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat K-5 students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Maintain timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Engage with families and educators to support carryover of skills in the classroom
- Stay abreast of best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
