Job Description

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Wisconsin
  • DPI certification
  • Previous professional experience in school settings, particularly with pediatric populations
  • Experience or familiarity with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or teletherapy practices considered a plus
  • Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat K-5 students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
  • Maintain timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
  • Engage with families and educators to support carryover of skills in the classroom
  • Stay abreast of best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
