Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address identified needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop effective strategies that support student progress
  • Document and report student progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide resources and training to educators regarding speech and language supports
