Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current SLP licensure in the state of California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in a school environment strongly desired
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable conducting assessments, therapy sessions, and developing treatment plans for diverse student populations

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure student progress
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of student progress and services provided
• Participate in team meetings, staff development, and professional learning activities
• Provide direct and consultative services to meet student needs and support their educational goals
