Qualifications and Desired Skills:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Active SLP licensure in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs considered
• Experience in school or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse student population
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring to support student development
• Develop and implement engaging interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as an essential team member
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
• Foster an encouraging learning environment that celebrates student achievements
