Job Description

Deliver impactful speech-language therapy in a vibrant educational setting serving students from Pre-K through high school. Use your expertise to make a lasting difference in the lives of children at various developmental stagesfrom early childhood to adolescenceby helping them overcome communication challenges and foster academic and social success.

What Were Looking For:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current, valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Previous experience in school-based speech therapy preferred
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations, including Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle School, and High School
  • Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Compassion, patience, and adaptability within dynamic educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students across Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, and High School grades (K-12)
  • Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate service records
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
  • Provide guidance and resources to teachers and parents as needed
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
