Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Prior experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
• Comfortable serving a variety of student ages, including early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and the ability to participate in multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for different developmental levels and classroom environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess speech and language needs of students from pre-K through grade 12
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with school and state standards
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to support student goals and progress
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and participate in eligibility meetings
• Deliver both individual and small group interventions, adapting techniques for diverse learning needs
• Monitor students progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
