Job Description

What you bring:

  • Valid California SLP License or CTC
  • SLP-CCC credential preferred
  • Demonstrated experience serving pediatric and school-based caseloads
  • Comfortable working itinerantly across multiple sites
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Must have previous experience in school settings

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-12 at assigned locations
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress in line with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Document services and maintain accurate records per district and legal requirements
  • Adapt therapeutic interventions to meet diverse student needs and learning styles
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of team-based strategies
