What you bring:
- Valid California SLP License or CTC
- SLP-CCC credential preferred
- Demonstrated experience serving pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Comfortable working itinerantly across multiple sites
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Must have previous experience in school settings
Your responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-12 at assigned locations
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress in line with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document services and maintain accurate records per district and legal requirements
- Adapt therapeutic interventions to meet diverse student needs and learning styles
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of team-based strategies
