Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to CFY candidates as well
• Previous experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities using established procedures
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and IEP requirements
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy for diverse caseloads
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and report findings to relevant teams
• Partner with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize student support
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide resources and strategies to empower educators and caregivers
