Qualifications & Skills:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience with pediatric populations, including Pre-K through grade 12
  • Background in Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School environments
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to craft individualized treatment plans adaptable to a broad range of developmental stages
  • Collaborative spirit and commitment to positive school partnership

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication assessments for students from Pre-K through Grade 12
  • Develop and implement customized intervention programs to address student needs
  • Consult with families, teachers, and staff to support student progress and carryover of goals
  • Document evaluation results, progress notes, and reports in compliance with school and legal standards
  • Support IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and help set measurable student objectives
  • Deliver dynamic therapy sessions in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities
