Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
  • Experience working with children from Pre-Kindergarten through High School
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with IEP development and progress documentation
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect SLP services to students from pre-school through grade 12
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement goals and strategies
  • Write and maintain detailed records, progress notes, and evaluation reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide staff and parent education to support student success
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of a diverse student population
