Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Demonstrated ability to supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Familiarity with K-8 student needs in diverse school settings
• Knowledge of district and state-specific requirements for providing SLP services in schools
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy and intervention services to K-8 students
• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Participate collaboratively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Supervise and mentor assigned SLPAs per district and state guidelines
• Cultivate positive relationships with students, families, and educators
