Qualifications:
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience working with K-12 students in school settings preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Passion for fostering growth in students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and interventions tailored to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within the school setting
- Develop and monitor IEPs, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Maintain accurate progress records and participate in eligibility meetings
- Consult with educators and families to support student success and advocate for effective communication strategies
