Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or equivalent state licensure.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric settings, especially school-based practice.
• Skilled in supporting children with mild to moderate speech and language needs, including reading, writing delays, articulation challenges, and social communication differences.
• Comfortable working with high-functioning autism; able to individualize interventions.
• Familiarity with school documentation, including oversight of assessments, evaluations, and developing measurable IEP goals.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for pediatric clients.
• Provide direct, individualized speech therapy sessions; no group work required.
• Address a variety of pediatric speech and language concerns, such as pragmatics, receptive/expressive language, reading and writing skills, and articulation.
• Collaborate with educational teams and participate in IEP meetings to advocate for student needs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with families to support progress and consistent care planning.
