Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure as an SLP
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings
  • Comfortable evaluating and providing therapy for Pre-K through grade 12 students
  • Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs
  • Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
  • Strong organizational and caseload management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students from pre-school through high school
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other service providers to support student goals
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs across a variety of grade levels
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the development of student plans
  • Maintain detailed progress notes and perform ongoing documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
  • Provide support, resources, and consultation to families and educators regarding speech, language, and communication development
