Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with students across a range of ages, from early childhood to high school
• Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with educators, families, and other professionals

Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students speech, language, and communication needs across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with student IEPs
• Provide direct therapy and support in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize students communicative abilities
• Maintain accurate progress notes, assessment data, and documentation in compliance with school policies
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning and interventions
