Step into an impactful role supporting elementary and preschool-aged students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity involves working directly with young learners, fostering their communication skills and making a real difference in their educational journey. Key Qualifications:
- Current WA Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- ESA State Certification required
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- CCC-SLP credential highly preferred
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting advantageous
- Background in teletherapy considered a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide targeted therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student progress
- Deliver age-appropriate therapy to preschool and elementary students
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
- Offer education and resources to families and colleagues as needed
