Job Description

In this position, you'll work within one school, providing direct support to students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs. As a member of the IEP team, you will contribute your clinical expertise, partner with teachers and staff, and directly guide students toward improved classroom participation. Your work will also include completing comprehensive evaluations and assessments, tracking progress, and ensuring every student you serve has a voice and the support needed to thrive.

What we're looking for:

  • Current SLP license (WA)
  • ESA Certification required
  • Open to both CCC and strong CFY candidates
  • Passion for supporting children with developmental disabilities
  • Comfortable delivering onsite services and building connections as part of a multidisciplinary educational team

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering and interpreting speech and language assessments
  • Developing and implementing effective treatment plans
  • Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support IEP goals
  • Maintaining accurate case records and documentation
  • Providing consultative support and resources to staff and families
