Your Qualifications:
- Active and current California SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads
- Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and collaboration
- Skilled in delivering effective teletherapy services using secure online platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and therapy sessions for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to maximize student progress
- Complete all documentation, progress reports, and IEP paperwork accurately and timely
- Monitor students progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed
- Participate in virtual meetings, team conferences, and professional development
