Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnostics, and screenings for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Design and deliver evidence-based therapy to address each student's unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and support staff to maximize student progress
- Track and document student outcomes, progress, and treatment adjustments
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide strategies, resources, and consultation for classroom and home environments
- Educate staff and families on ways to support student communication skills
