Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP licensure in Texas (or eligibility)
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary educational team
• Experience with IEP development and progress monitoring
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Previous school-based SLP experience or interest in working in schools preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct and consultative services to students with a range of communication needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate progress to staff and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to relevant state and federal guidelines
• Support teachers in adapting classroom materials to support students speech and language goals
