Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active, valid state SLP license/certification
• Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process and special education guidelines
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to students educational planning
• Provide direct therapy services individually and in group settings
• Maintain ongoing documentation, progress notes, and compliance with district and state requirements
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
