Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all evaluations, progress reports, and therapy sessions
- Consult with teachers and parents to provide guidance and support for student development
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and IEP meetings
