Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current CCC-SLP certification and active Alaska state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, though strong clinical backgrounds will be considered
• Proficient in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a diverse range of speech and language disorders
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and administrators

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with all state and federal guidelines
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and progress monitoring for students of varying ages and abilities
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students communication goals
• Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required by the district and regulatory agencies
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
