Desired Qualifications & Experience
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Masters degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or related field
- Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in school-based environments
- Familiarity with IEP processes and effective documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students referred for speech and language concerns
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Provide direct therapeutic services to students, individually and in small groups
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in adherence to school and state requirements
- Participate in student support meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
