What you bring:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience with pediatric populations preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to build rapport with children, parents, and school staff
Familiarity with IEP documentation and the special education process
Key responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student goals
Maintain thorough records and complete required documentation
Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings
Consult with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy strategies in the classroom
Engage families in supporting student growth and progress
