Desired Qualifications & Experience

• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Masters degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or related field
• Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in school-based environments
• Familiarity with IEP processes and effective documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Provide direct therapeutic services to students, individually and in small groups
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in adherence to school and state requirements
• Participate in student support meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
