Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational environments preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each students progress
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress notes, and required documentation
• Provide push-in or pull-out therapy sessions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
• Serve as a resource for staff on communication and language development issues
