Key Qualifications:

• Active MI Speech Language Pathologist license required
• Experience working within school environments, particularly with K-5th grade populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with students, families, and staff
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions in a school setting
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a compassionate, student-centered approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication assessments for K-5th grade students
• Design and implement individualized educational programs and therapy plans
• Document student progress and maintain thorough, accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Serve as a resource for teachers and families, delivering strategies to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every childs voice can be heard
