• Valid SLP license for Alaska (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome
• Experience in schools or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Knowledge of IEP process and best practices for therapy documentation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Comfortable with a diverse caseload ranging from early childhood through high school

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with teachers and special education staff
• Provide direct therapeutic services, both individually and in groups
• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, delivering expert recommendations and support to families and educators
