Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Active state licensure for Speech Language Pathology practice
  • Prior experience with early intervention, school-based, or pediatric caseloads highly valued
  • Teletherapy experience or willingness to utilize digital platforms for service delivery
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with families, educators, and students

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for early childhood and elementary-aged students
  • Deliver direct speech/language therapy services, both in-person and through teletherapy as needed
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other service providers
  • Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with evidence-based practices in pediatric speech therapy
