Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Demonstrated expertise working with pediatric populations
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screening, assessment, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to create therapy strategies that enhance students success
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records per school and district requirements
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing professional input and goal updates
• Offer consultation, resources, and support for teachers to facilitate classroom integration of therapy strategies
• Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
