Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with K-12 school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs
- Flexibility to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students presenting with communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy in individual and group settings
- Maintain thorough and timely progress reporting
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to IEP meetings and help shape positive outcomes for each student
